Lady Gaga stormed the Super Bowl LI halftime stage on Sunday (February 5), but there were some trolls who couldn't stop criticizing her body. Thankfully, Mother Monster took the time to stand up for herself and let those detractors have a piece of her mind.

On Tuesday (February 7), the Lady took to Instagram to hit back at those detractors, admitting that she couldn't be more happy with her current figure.

"I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too," captioned a photo of her performing during the pop spectacle. "No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga."

Regardless, Gaga has plenty to celebrate after her hits-filled set on Super Bowl Sunday. Not only did she drive 5.1 million mentions on the Twitterverse, but her catalogue is still atop the iTunes chart. She also announced details and dates for her "Joanne World Tour," which kicks off in August. Click here for further details.
